These pieces are ready to ship. Your order arrives within 7–10 working days.

With personalisation
These pieces are made especially for you and finished by hand, from start to finish, with your personal details. That’s why it takes a little longer. Total delivery time is 14–16 working days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Personalised jewellery can’t be returned unless it’s faulty – in which case we’ll of course find a solution.

Is the jewellery water resistant and does it keep its colour?

Yes, our jewellery is made from quality stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD coating. It’s 100% water resistant and won’t lose its colour, even worn every day in the shower or the pool.

Do I need a warranty certificate?

No certificate needed. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month warranty – your order confirmation is all you need.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

It depends.

Personalised jewellery:
As long as production hasn’t started, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@kalmeris.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Non-personalised jewellery:
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel or change it. Again, contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order is in production or has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Does the jewellery look like the photos?

Yes, our photos accurately show the product. Depending on your screen settings, colours may vary slightly, but the piece is identical to the one shown.
